My terms of service are very simple.
Do not steal.
Treat me as you would like to be treated.
Contact me personally if you would like to use any of my photographs.
All my graphic designs will be "unique". One of a kind for your personal enjoyment.
(Note: If you know someone that you would want to design a webset using one of my photographs that can also be arranged.)
My photographs are not copyrighted; oh yes, I could say they were but it would be cost prohibitive to hire an attorney to pay for the copyrights. I feel any attorney makes way more than I do already so I won't line their pockets with my money. The internet encompasses the world and to police the world is quite an impossibility, so I won't waste my time to try.
I will rely on YOU to know what the words "honesty", "integrity" and "trust" are all about.
